Tad bit late, didn't watch it until this morning. Available for anyone to watch on USA, no account needed or anything, and the commercials are extremely light, like one 10-20 sec one every so often (the stream wouldn't work with adblocker on).

It's basically an extra long episode of Psych, chock full of callbacks and cameos, so I really don't recommend it to people who haven't seen the show. Only one part of it felt rushed, and it was an awkward transitional thing (I actually rewound it thinking I somehow skipped something, it was so awkward), but overall no big deal. A lot of hilarious scenes and great cameos, though I hope they do more with Henry in later movies. Only a brief video call with Lassiter is also a bummer, but an irl stroke right before filming is kind of a no go, so I felt thankful we got that much.

It's hard to say. I was fond of S8 overall, though it wasn't a favorite. Mix in a gap of years since I last watched it plus the anticipation of the movie itself, plus the simple happiness of just seeing everyone again, you know?

Shit, I haven't watched Psych since like season 4 or 5. That might not even be right. The last thing I remember seeing was Shawn was in a car talking to some crazy lady or something. It's all so vague and was so damn long ago.

Actually I think it was around the time Monk finished up. I just sorta stopped watching USA after that even though I loved Psych.
