Don't expect much to change right away though. My understanding is a lot of the shit the FCC will do today is going to be challenged in court. That's probably going to take a little while at least.

Bigger ISPs probably aren't going to shift around too much at this point since the courts may rule against some of this stuff.

For the New York AG, there is a clause which states that any sort of rule change like this needs a period of public input. Since the New York AG has stated that millions of anti-nn comments were faked, it likely has something to do with that.

If the NY AG told Pai about this and Pai ignored him, then people are gonna get in doo doo.
