We don't know and likely will never have the answer. During the JLA/Avengers crossover, Batman / Captain America were the only two heroes that didn't fight each other. They were about to, and realized that the fight was extremely well-matched and decided to do something else.

If they had to fight until one wins, no prep time, then it comes down to who is most rested and have more luck. They would go on until both gets so tired so they start making mistakes, and whoever would be able to get in the lucky punch... it would be pretty even, it could go both ways.
