Current Events > Anyone else get headaches for a few minutes like right when they wake up?

I have great sleep habits, generally getting a nice, solid 8 hours (sometimes wake up once, at most, to pee, then fall right back asleep).

But a majority of mornings, regardless of if it's my 8:15AM alarm for work, or naturally waking up around 10-11 on weekends, I get this minor but very noticeable headache. It generally goes away after maybe 15-20 minutes or so, around the time I get out of the shower (since hot showers help headaches in general).

Anyone else get this? Not the end of the world if there is no solution, but it's just a little debilitating to start the day, especially during the work week.

I normally chug water throughout the day and evening, my urine is almost exclusively clear (and in the morning because I almost always wake up parched, regardless of how much I drink before bed).

I get them when it gets dry out, humidifier helps. is it around your eyes or sinuses?

It is dry here in winter, that's for sure.

It's not really around my eyes/sinuses though, it feels like a stress headache tbh
