UnfairRepresent 12/18/17 7:23:15 PM #1:	A 28-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman, who are both unemployed, have been arrested on suspicion of puncturing tires on more than 180 cars in Matsumoto and Shiojiri in Nagano Prefecture, police said Sunday. According to police, Hiroyuki Imamizu and Yoko Nakahata, who live together, have admitted to the charge, Fuji TV reported. Police said the couple used an awl to puncture tires on more than 180 cars parked in residential areas between Oct 29 and Nov 12. The pair were identified after police analyzed street surveillance camera footage of a couple seen acting suspiciously in a car parking lot on Nov 12.
