You're in the hospital and your doctor comes up to you looking nervous before she says that the next step they need to take is for you to have an MRI, but unfortunately your weight makes you unable to use the facilities at the hospital and as a result they have to take you to the zoo to use the MRI machine there that is designed for use on hippos, elephants and rhinos.

I go into an MRI every couple of weeks, so I'd wonder how I gained so much weight in such a small amount of time.

well yeah but that doesn't look a whole lot bigger than a normal one. they have entire rooms in hospitals dedicated to human sized machines, thinking about one that could fit an elephant is pretty crazy tbh

Clearly the previous MRI scans have been inadequate because you're so fat which is why they had to try the zoo.
