I think it went on until like 2007 or 2008. Almost everyone was White Knighting the mods back then. You should have seen the Message Help Board during that time it was awful with mods abusing their power and their minions empowering them. MIASU was very big at the time. Raptor was probably one of the worse but he no longer posts much anymore because no one sucks up to him anymore, instead people now have the knowledge that he's corrupt and will call him out on his bullshit baits and holier than thou attitude.
