Ham & cheesey scalloped potatoes Beef roast with potatoes/carrots Pork roast with green bean casserole Lasagna and garlic bread Some sort of chicken? Some sort of fish? Other Screw dinner and run screaming into the night View Results Need some help deciding on a Christmas dinner menu. This is the first time Ill be cooking a big meal for my in laws so Id like it to go reasonably well. Im not an amazing cook but Id say Im definitely on the good side. Ive made some tasty meals in my day. Mother in law is diabetic, and both my father in law and I are allergic to avocado. Deviled eggs and salad are always optional side dishes.
