1. Persona 5

I got to like the second dungeon but it was pretty good so far, I don't know, what do you want me to say, it was fun.

2. Horizon Zero Dawn

The open world is problematic and the sidequests are often kind of meh and the combat is objectively wonderful but I got bored with it a third of the way into the story and set it down to Easy. But the narrative is pretty good, the protagonist is splendid and the freshness of a new well-realized video game world/lore is just fantastic. Definite recommend to people who like video games, especially if they like stuff I get tired of, like serious spans of gameplay uninterrupted by dialogue and legitimate impressive challenge.

3. Mass Effect Andromeda

I watched Leon play this and I'm mad about the cancelled DLC, I'm mad about the unrealized potential, I'm mad about some of the dialogue, I'm mad about you, baby. Lets take each other's hand as we step into the final frontier. Oh, yeah. Boomchick. Mad about you, baby, ooh, ooh. Oh, yeah. I'm mad about you. (But honestly it seems fine.)

I have trouble buying into the open-world conceit that Aloy, an outsider harassed and tormented her entire life, would trust everyone she meets so willingly and do all their errands for them. I dislike a world that presents a technocratic dystopian future where the solution is, "well what if the technocratic hyper-rationalist was a woman." I hate that John Gonzalez has once again crafted a narrative inspired by indigenous peoples without understanding us, and responded to indigenous critics with an attitude of, " quiet, the adults are talking now."

but the dungeons were cool and so were the robot giraffes, 6/10

in a setting where technology has destroyed humanity and they're fighting to survive having them go back to caveman times and misinterpret old technology as gods is like my least favorite thing and just annoys the heck out of me

I can't tell you why though because for the most part I still really like the game.

I think that some of the criticisms about the setting are justified in game in very spoilery ways.

However I generally agree with everything else. I was not wowed by that game. It was good though.

Anyway to this topic itself, that is certainly the correct order for those three games.
