Tell that to the hundreds of thousands of people (just within this example) getting bonuses for the first time in a long time or potentially the first time ever. I'm sure they're very upset.

Maybe those against the tax plan should donate their bonus and tax savings to the homeless since they're against it so much. That'd be the morally superior thing to do, but we all know that won't happen. They'll enjoy the extra income while still calling Trump an orange poo poo head turd.

Based on the picture in OP the only thing FedEX bragged about was that their profits are going to go up because of the corporate tax break (wow, no shit!). Also if you look up "FedEx Raising" on google you can see that a few months ago they decided to raise shipment rates in 2018 lol.

I don't know if you specifically chose FedEX or not but it's funny you didt considering the context.

After all the revisions that were made to the thing, how much of it was actually Trump's ideas? Were any of them the president's ideas to begin with or just pitched to him by corporate interest groups? I'm not claiming to know the answer to this, but blindly praising one individual for something that hundreds of individuals worked on to make happen is kind of ridiculous to me.

Yeah, random guy with knowledge of all these companies' books. Obviously they could have given all their employees bonuses with the huge safes full of cash in their homes. They're just being greedy dickheads about the whole thing and it's just a coincidence that they all decided to be generous at the same time a reform bill passed that would lower the corporate tax rate.
