It's on sale. I honestly got burned out of FO4 but I'm going to play through it again at some point. Is the dlc any good?

Far Harbor and Nuka-World are pretty decent overall and have lots of new weapons/armor/NPCs. The robot one (name escapes me) isn't too shabby if you like robots and want to build your own companion. The actual storyline is fairly short and begins at Lv20 or something. The rest of the add-ons are only useful if you like building settlements.

So, if you can get the season pass in the $10-20 range, that'd be an alright price. I personally don't love the robot DLC or some of the builder packs that much, but as a settlement builder, I can't live without my cheap concrete and wall-mounted spotlights.

If you like to build stuff, yes.
Nuka World and Far Harbor are pretty good story expansions.

You use the Nuka-World gangs as your bandit camp subordinates, so I think if you just run in like a righteous Rambo, all of that is off the table. It definitely wouldn't be getting the most out of the expansion, anyway. (There are still gang spawnpoints around the new map if you want their weapons and stuff, though.)

Far Harbor is awesome, and I've heard NukaWorld is pretty good. The others are a little meh, but I guess it depends on how much you like building. I was super disappointed with the Vault-Tec one because (at least on the Xbox One version) they give you tons of space to build your own vault but you hit the limit for the number of things you can build waaaaaaay before you fill it up. I was not able to build a complete vault to my liking because it wouldn't let me place that much stuff.
