Some kid sees streamers playing it on PC at an at least seemingly playable rate, then see it in the store on the shelf, ask their mom to get it, put it in their Xbox, download a fuck ton of patches, then discover it's still a turd of a game on a technical level. Or even just people who just pick it up.
