22 ozs? 2.60 for them isn't awful. pints in teh US are 16 oz.

used to hear the phrase "pints a pound the world round." didn't learn that was bullshit til after college.

i never really got hangovers so i dont feel any better physically although i am leaner and stronger

Whenever I share with someone IRL that I smoke weed, I think I get a similar shock. A "how can someone who has their shit together to this extent have, what I consider, such a significant character flaw?"

I was never an alcoholic in that once I have 1 drink I can't stop, but I was a binge drinker in that I loved getting just shit faced and losing control taking off all inhibitions. But I got awful hangovers. I mostly stopped drinking at like 25, I still drink occasionally, but I was ~340 pounds then and it was taking a case of beer for me to get decently drunk but not even shitfaced anymore.

Also my parents don't drink in the house (my dad would sometimes sneak beer out in his shop while working with power tools so that sort of built in a mindset of hidden drinking is fine). And I didn't drink in HS, drunk driving was a huge issue in my town, 4 kids died graduating night. And I was an athlete and my school loved busting up parties. 8th grade every Jr. and Sr. on the football team but like 3 were kicked off the team for being at a party with booze. So once I got to college, went crazy.

That should only be surprising if your job actively drug tests.
