Wait. Is this not a good thing? I could live at a brewery.

Brewing beer isn't always fun and games

I imagine its different on the other side of the fence. Whats your typical day like? For what its worth, I might appreciate your work. I know some folks out there do.

There's not really a typical day honestly. Depends on the brewing cycle and if we get an order from distributors. Today was spent bottling 35 cases and then dipping the bottles in wax (think the way a bottle of Makers Mark looks). Tomorrow I'll be checking carb levels and forcing carbonation via carb stone through a brite tank to ensure our soon-to-be released bourbon barrel aged Belgian strong ale infused with cherries has the proper taste, head, and canonization. After checking carb levels I'll simply be spending most of the day making sure brite tanks are properly fermented, doing a bottle run to continue filling out a distributor order, cleaning tap lines for the brewpub side of the brewery, etc etc
