I just read the Wikipedia plot. So my understanding is that the movie is about how horrible it is going through the motion of a YUP white collar job and mismanagement.... but lead character is literally an IT programmer working for a tech company. He could easily quit his job and find another with his qualifications and experience right? Why suffer if you don't have to?
