Just finished the Wooded Kingdom. I like the game a lot so far but it's super easy. Feels a little too easy.

The difficulty isn't artificial with standard gaming tropes like lives.

The difficulty is properly exploring the world and finding every power moon there is. Doing it without a guide can get quite challenging towards the end

Yeah, that's understandable. I'm not a completionist though so that aspect may be lost on me. I am exploring but I don't plan on getting every moon in the game. I just want the moons I acquire to feel satisfying as if I worked for them. So far, it feels like most of the moons have been handed to me with little effort.

Just finished the Lake Kingdom. I actually like the hidden levels behind the hat doors. I mean this game is awesome. I just want a little more difficulty from the main story.

There are a couple of difficult levels in the end if you want some real challenge. A lot of people who claim that the game is too easy tend to cry about those levels and call them unfair.

The challenging bits are saved for the post game moons
