They get by on YouTube clips these days. Older people were really their biggest demographic and once Letterman left they stopped really caring. Why do you think so many of them have YouTube channels with their major clips on them? Thats the bread and butter now. No one is sitting down at 11:30 or setting up the DVR for late shows.
