We use bing cherries for our in house cocktails but not the beer.

Eh not a fan of Unibroue. I'd rather just stick with real Belgians like Chimay, Westmalle, Westvleteren, Delerium, Duchesse de Bourgogne,Unibroye. Most of the reason I drink our Belgians is because I get them dirt cheap and QA is part of my brewer job

Sure there is a bit of a premium with the price but it's well worth it imo.
