I avoided trailers and somehow avoided spoilers but the only thing that leaked through was everybody making memes about Kylo Ren being shirtless. what was that about?

so anyways, I'll just list random comments and stuff I can remember in no order

I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY UNCEREMONIOUSLY killed my boy Ackbar right in the beginning. what the shit was that. I know his voice actor passed away but damn, man >_>

I kept hearing the movie was trying to be too funny, but its no more than usual I think. The beginning with Poe Kinda felt Joss Whedonish, but it never went back to that. I will say I did like that though

Rose was fine. She didn't contribute much but she was harmless. She didn't hurt the movie. I did feel for her in the beginning

Her and Finn's excellent adventure was a waste, especially since it actually hurt the Rebels in the long run. Shows you that the adults know what they're doing sometimes. I did enjoy seeing what the upper class looks like in the galaxy.
It was interesting seeing all of the subversions, ya know?
You actually can't trust a rouge criminal all of the times. Your plans don't always work. Throwing men out makes you RUN OUT OF THEM.

YOOOOOOOO, That HYPERSPEED SLICE WAS AMAZING

They TOTALLY captured the epicness. Props to the animators and editors.

Now I'm no douchebag troll like Ulti. I don't find pleasure in people being annoyed, discomforted, or inconvenienced, but I actually found Rey coming from nothing Hilarious. Man, so many people came up with so many theories, and its none of them! Well, thats not true, I WANTED her to not be connected to anyone and be her own character, and thats what I got!

similarly, It was amusing Snoke didn't do anything either. Yea, he was more fluid and wordy than Palpatine but that didn't save him

I thought the Force Link was interesting, Rey and Kylo actually starting to bond and confide in each other, and the slight possibility of EVIL Rey is something that didn't cross my mind, but still, it was all Snoke so whatever

MAN, I WAS SO SCARED OVER NIEN NUNB. Hes by other homie. Because they got rid of Ackbar so easily, I was afraid he died in one of those unarmed transports (isn't a war crime to shoot those down? Not that the empire would care)

I kept eyeing all of the background characters when they were in Not-Hoth and he wasn't there

BUT He showed up at the end talking to Finn so PHEW, that was close

speaking of which, I would've ripped off a chair in the theater and threw it if they killed Finn. i actually thought it was happening. Actually, I guess I have Rose to thank for that.

Luke at least meeting Leia and 3po was nice, it sucked he couldn't meet Han

and yea, the big spoiler, Luke dying. That SUUUUUUUUUCKED man. I didn't want that! and just from Astral Projecting? God dammit

well, Boba Fett was a god damn fucking waste too and I never saw the hype for him. and HE was only here for like 2 minutes too so I guess they got me there

so the porg. We received merchandise of them at the store months ago. I didn't know what they were but I became pissed. I was afraid they were gonna be a huge focus of the movie, like a flock of them leads them to an enemy base and they take part in the final battle or something like the Ewoks, but not nearly as cool. But eh, they were just there. and they were cuter than their merchandise let me to believe, so I was relieved there

thats all I can think of at the moment

i DID like it but it was kinda all over the place I felt. and a little slow. It was teaching us lots of lessons left and right. Too much running not enough pew pew, slice, rawrrrrr

Liked some parts. I got chills at least three times.

Had a chance to make a pretty meaningful death, but instead they'll have to have it happen off-screen before the next movie if they stay true to the "no cgi leia" stuff

Wizard's first rule spoilers I guess. When Richard uses the wizard's first rule to trick darken rahl into thinking he told him the true solution to the boxes or whatever they were. But Richard tricks him. It was similar to the light saber kill with how he was reading his mind. Well it made me think of that anyway.

Billy Dee Williams was in Star Wars Rebels, so he has no problem returning as Lando. I just read about Rian Johnson trying to make room for him in this movie but it didn't work out.
