I rarely have the motivaton to finish anything... and even if I do I usually sink to some multiplayer game like Cod or Overwatch
I actually never finished the new 3ds Metroid game despite always wining about it
I'm like on the last dungeon in my all time favorite rpg game series Etrian Odyssey 5, normally I'd be pulling up all nighters just to finish RPG's ;_;
I just don't know. I just bought DOOM and Skyrim on the Switch, haven't really played much except DOOM's MP

I just got Xenoblade on the Switch and I'm deadass considering giving it back (haven't opened it yet)
Like I don't know. I really really wanna play but at the same time I like really don't think I'm gonna finish it anytime soon ;_; should I just return it back?

Doom's multiplayer is garbage, but the single player experience is amazing. That was also the last game I bought, it was for PC. As an adult I don't have much time for video games, to be honest. I would occasionally play StarCraft II with my wife when she was still here, but after her passing, I don't even play that anymore.

StarCraft II had a lot of good, and a lot of bad. The campaigns were super fun, although completely pointless story wise. (StarCraft 1 was EXPONENTIALLY better story telling.) Multiplayer... through the expansions it varied. There was a lot of horrible balance patches, that could easily be abused (they made Hydralisks so powerful one patch, I just ran like 80 straight wins with Zerg. They patched it 5 days later lmao.) I haven't played since the wreck, much less the new changes they made to the ladder. But in general, it's pretty fun if you have someone to play with. Random people are either garbage players, or really toxic human beings, or both. I don't mind helping new people out, but if you're cussing me out AND making 800 supply depots to start the match, I'm just going to leave.

Singleplayer is fun but don't expect any good story telling unlike the first game, outside of UMS maps the gameplay is fundamentally flawed because the developers want to appeal to casual gamers by streamlining gameplay with Overwatch and Street Fighter V being other notable examples.

But hey that only matters if you were super cereal with the game anyway.

To expand on what I was talking about earlier, they gave Hydralisk more range than Seige Tanks and Collosus or something. LOL. It was like having the invincibility cheat on, you could just steam roll any base anytime with little fear of being stopped. I've never seen them nerf a StarCraft II unit so fast after they just buffed it. But we all knew it was coming.

I'm the same way. I played Zelda for 200 hours and I've purchased every major switch release. I thought I was a gamer again, but nowadays I play the same 5 games over and over again, despite owning nearly 300.

It's hard to find something that holds my attention anymore. I feel like if I can't watch a youtube video while playing, I don't wanna play it ;/
