Weather you like the Switch and it's games or not, it's a massive hit.

I'm really happy for the home of some my favorite games, Zelda, Metroid, Mario, and now Bayonetta.

I think the tablet form factor is the future of consoles. I think it's a viable factor if say the PS5 had extra power in the dock station.

Look at a laptop with a 1060 in it. Or even a 1050! If they sold it at a loss but made up for it with PSN or XBL service it would be a slam dunk.

They need to start thinking about a REAL way to do iterative upgrades. You could replace the tablet, and/or the dock for more power or iteration.

And while we're wishing, backwards compatibility. 100% functionality of Xbone/PS4 games and libraries. And a step further, controllers and accessories. What else can they really do with controllers?

What do you guys think? Would you like to see more hybrid consoles, possibly an Xbox Portable or Vita 2 as main consoles?

I love the switch, feels like what they were trying to do with the Wii U, but didn't have the technology available to do it. Plus, unlike the Wii U, the games on it are pretty much 100% awesome. Breath of the Wild is the best 3D Zelda I have ever played, and Odyssey is pretty close to the best 3D Mario game.

wii u is pretty impressive. to acutally have a system that streamed your game to a tablet is impressive. streaming my ps4 to my vita loses frame rates and is always jumppy. Another example is that sometime my smart tv won't sync with my phone to watch youtube.

the wii u tablet never gave me any promblems.

I honestly like the two screen gaming too. i miss changing my weapons or looking at a map on the second screen instead of going to a menu and have the extra loading times and break from the flow of the game.
