No. And I can't stop. I dont' function when I drink. I ruin my life and piss everyone off I come into contact with and get kicked out of places and banned. I was passed out on the concrete at walmart on the 1st when the guy left me stranded there. I was out cold for an hour. Don't know how I didn't go to jail that day. What a way to start the year. And it was my 27th birthday just 2 days ago..

I'm gonna get some much needed time in county jail cause I feel dead inside. I don't have to do anything in there except sit around and be miserable. By the time I get out I'll be homeless so it's only delaying the inevitable. And I'm not even a felon, I've been plagued with misdemeanors and it's ruined my life because I can't stay sober long enough to get my life together. I currently owe $3000 on my credit cards so my credit is about to be destroyed because I can't pay them back. I'm gonna buy Tekken 7 at fanatical.com cause it's 22 bucks right now so I'm just gonna play that into the night and try to forget about my trainwreck of a life. I'm stuck here with no way of getting alcohol tonight so I'm gonna lay in my bed and play this game, which I've wanted since release.

You seem that your mind is made up. I hope after you play your game you really think about how horrible jail could be and what it could do the rest of your life. Right now you are having issues keep a job, if you spent a lot of time in jail that would make it harder.

I'm tired of getting close to having a decent life and then falling 3 steps back into a deep hole. It never ends. I feel dead inside at this point and I've also been single for 3 years. I lost all my friends and girlfriends to alcohol. I don't have the strength to continue on. It will be easier to just be put in a cage and see what happens after months behind bars. Downloading Tekken 7 now.

I've been to jail 9 times before, I know exactly what to expect... 91 days was the most I ever did at once.

How do I go about canceling my 2 credit cards? I need the interest to stop so I can slowly pay them back over time, once I get steady income again

the government pays a portion of the rent, you typically only have to pay a tiny amount.

people rent their private property out on Section 8 for tax reasons or if they're unable to find tenant at the price they want but need money regardless.

You can't. That's not how interest works. Even if you cancel the cards they'll still accumulate interest and you'll have to pay it back.

What you'll have to do is either 1. Declare Bankruptcy (if you're going to be homeless and have no car there is nothing they can take from you anyway so this is the best route) or 2. enter some kind of debt reconciliation program (not guaranteed to have better end results than Bankruptcy)

I could add my dad to my bank account so he use the remaining 500 bucks I have in there to make the minimum payments each month that I'm away, so I can get out and get a job asap to start making larger payments without taking a hit to my credit score.

The total debt is only $3000. It costs between 1 and 2 grand to even declare bankruptcy. I just don't think that's the best option.

yeah I can understand taking painkillers for a thing like that.. I have a surgically reconstructed ankle that hurts all the time but I use marijuana to self medicate ever since I quit drinking. Seriously, weed saved my life. It's the only thing that could fix the insomnia from quitting drinking and if I had kept drinking the way I was I woulda ended up in jail or dead. Plus I have anxiety and depression and other problems that it helped.. if I didn't smoke I'd probably be on like 5 prescriptions

Exactly. Without painkillers I wouldn't be able to get out of bed and function without being in constant agony, so of course I get upset when inconsiderate fuckwads like @KingCrabCake call me an addict when they don't even know what real pain is like.

Weed would also save me, but because I constantly get drug tested every week, it's not an option. So I resort to alcohol and that brings so much destruction in my life. It's a lose lose.
