I have like 170mil per character.

But I have nothing left to do in game except do the jumps/find the notes/alien parts. None of which I'm gonna waste my time with.

Do they unlock anything cool?

IIRC, you don't really get anything special except some weekly income and/or side-missions.. which you have to do in order to get said income. Or else you get a text about how lazy you are for not doing the missions.

I only bought every property for completionist sake, distributed them equally among the 3 characters, and then ignored them entirely.

Collecting the alien parts gets you a unique reward. Finding all the notes leads to side-story stuff. But you may already be spoiled on what all that is.
