My two cents: I feel this is a flaw in the system, because if you have one harsh moderation or something it basically dooms you until your account is banned. Like I started the MGSV is trash meme on CE (which ironically isn't modded anymore when people post it) and it got a mod pissed, so I got a 180 day suspension for making one too many posts about the game like a year or two back (straw that broke the camel's back when other people got into it). This doesn't leave my usermap ever so any minor infraction of the rules I do gets me another 180 day suspension, and a larger one results in a ban. Meanwhile you can have users game the system by just trolling every single day nonstop and as long as they don't get a 180 day suspension (which seems really fucking hard to get for anyone but myself), you're golden and can continue to shitpost. I have named names earlier in this topic and I don't want to start trying to compare people but that's my point. It wasn't deleted And then yesterday I got a NWD for calling someone a shitposter BEFORE the rule change took place. About half the people agreed with me that it was unfair and the other half took it as an opportunity to brandish their hate boner. But as Error explained to me, it's ok because it's only a small punishment and as long as I don't break any more rules in the next week it will have no effect. So that makes retroactively enforcing the rules ok apparently.
