If he survives, he'll never be the same. Probably won't work again.

depends how fast it's treated. a stroke is blood flow stopped in the brain from a clot. depending where it hits it can effect certain areas. though some don't survive if it's too serious or not treated quick enough.

I'd hate to be that guy. he'll be dodging freak accidents for the rest of his life now. Final Destination rules - RickyTheBAWSE

What is his age? Having a stroke is a serious event, and can easily lead to death. That he's having this many strokes in quick succession doesn't speak well for him being able to survive, nevermind returning to work.

One stroke is bad enough, but after multiple strokes in short succession like this, he'll never recover. If he's lucky, he'll be able to regain the ability to speak after months of speech therapy, but his memory is likely permanently ruined, and it'd be a miracle if he didn't have at least a few other critical brain areas get ruined.

He's in his early 50s. I think his right side is already paralyzed. He was supposed to have surgery to reduce the brain swelling but then he had the other two strokes.

The rest of his life is pretty much bound to be really bad. I've got family who've had strokes, and even at that age, he's likely wheelchair bound, will probably need handlers to feed and change him, and will likely never recover full cognitive capacity nor speech.
