It isn't surprising people give up and turn on him when he refuses and is adamant it is everyone else who is wrong. Seriously, the damn thing read like a doctor's note a kid would write to try and get out of gym class. He also still has an outstanding charge for 3rd degree exploitation of a minor (possession of CP basically) in North Carolina. Whether that means he had actual pictures or was merely caught looking at it online I don't know. The reason he hasn't been convicted was because he left the state, and chances are extradition is more trouble than it would be worth considering the nature of that type of crime doesn't involve a direct victim.
