great game, very unique and sad it's over. presentation and storytelling is way different from most other games out there. I'm also glad I played nier gestalt before finishing

That's a lie. You basically play the first few chapters twice, as 2 different characters, before moving on to the second half of the game. Getting an "ending" does not equate a playthrough.

the original game needs you to legitimately play one part 3 times over, this game makes you do part of the game over but you're a different character with different gameplay and some extra pieces of story are revealed. then there's another route which is a continuation of the story after the first 2 routes and it makes sense storywise for this to happen and is a lot of fun

it's not a JRPG really, it's an action RPG so it's platinum games gameplay with leveling and sidequests

yeah I played MadWorld back in the wii days and I thought that game was amazing, such an amazing soundtrack too. I played metal gear rising but I'm terrible at video games so I got stuck at the final boss

the problem here is that MGS3 isn't even the best game in its series but yeah nier automata is an incredible game

wow damn. it looks like they actually delayed this box set once already, it was supposed to ship in december according to someone else who ordered it and they pushed it to january. still no charge or word so I'm kind of peeved. I'm glad I played nier ps3 because I found out how amazing that soundtrack was too, I think I like it a little better storywise as well as music

did you play human revolution or mankind divided? i have them both on steam and wanted to give one a shot. id like to play the original at some point but i hear you have to run a lot of mods to make it playable for modern tastes

I played the original deus ex first and then human revolution, they are both high quality games. deus ex I played vanilla last year and I learned why it's one of the best games ever made, I think it's worth it to play it vanilla at least once. it's overwhelming and hard to get used to at first but once you get the hang of it, you'll learn why it's so good

human revolution is not very far behind for me, I really loved that game too and couldn't stop playing it. that's more modern and controls pretty well, but the one flaw in that game was making non-lethal approach more valuable XP wise. that was fine for me because that's how I wanted to play it anyway but I know it will turn people off. either way it's definitely a game to play

Someone lied to me.

It sounds like a game I'd probably watch my partner or a cousin play rather than play myself, I never any new game series nowadays.
Looks good from the video I watched.

I think if you ever feel like playing one you should give it a chance, it's definitely worth it
