I can't get one of these things to last more than 6 months. I've switched brands and price ranges and they alway stop working sooner rather than later. What's the deal?

How many cans do you open on a daily or weekly basis? We first need the math of cans opened to determine can opener use, and your ability to line it up correctly the first time or if you tend to mess it up sometimes and have to puncture multiple times to get it cranking.
Sure, my can opener can last years, but I only open 2 or 3 cans a week, whereas if you open 2 or 3 cans a day, yours may only last a few months. These are important numbers that need to factor into determining a resolution to your problem. --- Ten million dollars on a losing campaign Twenty million starving and writhing in pain ... I open like one can a week >_>
I line it up perfectly each time. When it works, it works fine. Then one day, I turn the knob thing and the gears don't spin so nothing happens. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
