Dude is easy to peg as a standard shonen protagonist at first but there are many key differences in how his character and shonen tropes play out in the series that will become increasingly clear the more you watch. Pretty much the whole series is good but most people agree the Yorknew City or ~~Chimera Ant~~ Arcs are the best.
