3x a week Drink c4 preworkout -> agile 8 stretches -> poop at gym (caffeine does that to me) -> stronglifts 5x5 -> protein shake postworkout- milk, scoop of gold standard whey, creatine, banana, cup frozen blurberries, tbsp chia seeds -> casein shake before bed Nonlifting days: Morning Agile 8 stretches -> 20 minutes rowing intervals -> creatine in water Evening Ddp yoga vids --- Some say that his voice can only be heard by cats, and that he has two sets of knees... all we know is, he's called the Stig. ...
