I might be giving him too much credit, but I think he did mean to say "born" because he just found out that what actually happens in the 9th month is they induce labor and put the child up for adoption. But he still needs to rail against abortion, and "Hillary supports 9th month abortion!!" was something he railed against during his campaign. So we get this bullshit.

i think the thing about this is that different physicians define "protect the womans health/life" in very weird ways so they get workarounds
