I'm always getting asked why I have "boring salad" for lunch. I prefer to call it fruit salad. :P

Not today but I have been pretty much every day for the most part. A lot of people in my office also bring healthy lunches so were usually encouraging each other.

Yeah I love my coworkers. Were like a small family. Its the best.

I'll occasionally bring bunch of homemade cobb salads to work for me to eat over the course of the week.

Never been shamed for it; if anything some coworkers are impressed that I'm actually home prepping and brown bagging instead of going "it's too much work and $fast food joint with 1200 calorie portions$ is nearby"

But then again Cobb salad is the MOST AMERICAN of all the salads, boasting more fat and protein than actual greenery so....

At one company I worked for, I was definitely shamed all the time for eating healthy and not drinking like a sailor. They were mostly dudes and one chick but she definitely would judge me for being more of the homemaker type. We mostly got along and I would go out with them occasionally but I always felt a little alienated. It was like their whole paycheck was dedicated to eating out and drinking and they thought I was weird for wanting to save money.
