Well yea. The negative connections that the term has developed pretty much ensures that no one whom fits the term would use it to describe themselves. Sort of like how someone who utterly obsessed over Japan to the point of trying to move there would never describe themselves as a 'weeaboo'.

I've heard the term SJW from my internet friends who I've met in real life, not nothing apart from that.

I've seen plenty of instances of people BEING SJWs offline, though.

Just go to YouTube and find plenty of "fine young men" who will tell you all about the sjw menace that destroyed their beloved Star Wars and superhero comics

I know a guy who says stuff like that in real life. He's not full on neckbeard, but he's still pretty cringey, as you might imagine.

This girl does but then she has bought into the lifestyle so hard she fits all the stereotypes associated with it. I knew her from school and she didn't seem that radical but now that she is in college she is full steam.

I recently heard someone on the radio say "She was a real social justice warrior!" as a compliment. I think it was in reference to someone who had done a lot of work for the poor and who had recently died.

I've never seen someone get called an n word in real life. That doesn't mean it's only on the internet.
