Its complicated. A lot of it was blaming myself for the choices I made in life and being sorry to my family and friends I didn't do better. I been going through a spell where I wish I had focused more on money and being nicer to people but I was just having too much fun being a savage lol Idunno. I just have regrets about shit now. I just inherited a large amount of money as well after my gramps passed (rip)and I don't know how to feel about it. I feel guilty about it for some reason. Its just crazy and im so conflicted. Ive been through worse though...

If this just randomly happened in public thats pretty weird. Only time it can sort of be justified imo is if in a very stressful work environment, trying to make a deadline or something along those lines. Of course in that case, you could end up fired. And your description of what happened is vague af.

It was at a club which is a high energy environment and alcohol was involved so I think that had something to do with it. Honestly I was tired af and probably shouldnt have gone but there were people there I hadn't seen in a while. Now they think im a fucking loon. Shouldn't have gone, ugh.

and honestly as far as meltdowns go on a scale of 1-10 this was like maybe a 7 so not too bad, but Im known as a pretty cool guy so it hurts my 'rep' and I hate making people uncomfortable
