Everyone else either tried to stop it, was distracted, or (in Frieza's case) was too busy being sadistic to even care what Goku was doing. --- Who is? When Goku was trying to get the spirit bomb charged against Vegeta, he's taking his time to gather energy and he's hiding amongst rubble and stalling for time. But when Hercule and the other normies show up to fight/spectate against Cell, Goku and Cell are depicted as moving faster than the naked eye and so quick that a slow-mo cam still can't see them; where the only evidence that they didn't just simply disappear being the shockwaves of their clashes and the rapid eye movements of the actual fighters. But then DBS introduces not only Dyplo, a dude that makes Jeice suck his own shit, but they even bring back the afterimage technique and completely throws all of those speed fears completely out of the water. --- Who is?
