This guy spent close to $2000 on the mobile Tales game, where you have a 5% chance of getting any given characters special move that comes with a unique CG. This banner is special because hes guaranteed something for this one character. He pulls on this banner 67 times and doesnt get it once. I (had a friend) did/do the math. Statistically, theres a 3% chance of getting the outcome that he did.
