I've seen hackers successfully appear to be other players, ID and all, on other games. If that's possible on Blizzard games that's a pretty gaping exploit for abuse.

I just watched the mention from the developer and about another minute to see if he readdressed it, so if he did after that point then I apologize. But it sounded like a completely glossed-over subject and he just mentions "toxic" behaviors. I feel like if they were just limiting the bans to cheating, they would have said cheating and left it at that. This sounds way more broad, at least from the dev's brief mention of it in that vid.
