I watched the episode where Joe basically kicks Barry out of the house and remembered, Barry and Iris grew up together, right? And theyre fucking, or at least it looks that way... and were supposed to be rooting for this incestuous relationship? Because Im totally cool with that.

Im liking Jigsaw as the villain; HR Wells is amazing. Honestly, only thing I dont like so far is Wally West.

Wally is bitching because Earth-2 Jesse doesnt want to fuck him, even though her dad is being held captive by a gorilla. He is the worst. And to be fair, its not just him. Its the writing:

I could have all the speed in the world, but I wont be complete without you.

Thats an actual line of dialogue. Now Barry is giving an inspiring speech to a bunch of gorillas. This episode is hilarious.

I was so, so, so disappointed with that episode. You can't have a musical episode and then use unoriginal songs. And then they made an alternate universe with random characters just so they could use the CW actors that can sing. And then the Music Meister was just this boring godlike thing with no real motive. And then the entire episode was just boring romance drama.

But yeah, Barry can sing. Both he and Supergirl were on Glee.

Yeah, it was pretty cringey. The worst part is that I thought Music Meister was a compelling villain at first. I like a good trickster deity, and the actor was charismatic. But then it turns out hes just a Cupid knockoff.

In fact, the only new villains Ive enjoyed this season are Mirror Master and Abra Kadabra, and they had like five minutes of screen time.

See, thats exactly what I was hoping for. But no, the show had to focus on not one but two romances for 95% of the episode.

The Savitar reveal was satisfying. Not totally unexpected, but well executed I guess. Still, three speedster supervillains in a row? Does Flash not have any other type of villain that poses a significant threat?

Incest is biological its not incest if they are not actually related. I find it worse if you never knew your biological sister until you fell in love with them and had sex with them then I do if you fall in love with and make love with your adopted sister.

The finale was... disappointing. I have so many questions. How did Jay escape the time prison? And why would he choose to escape, knowing that the speed force would be unstable without a body in prison? Why did Black Flash show up for two seconds only to be frozen to death? Why didnt Savitar murder everyone at literally any time instead of triggering a bomb and assuming that he killed them? And he followed through his godly master plan only to get killed by... a bullet?

And of course, ending with a stupid cliffhanger. Overall, Id give the season a 6.5/10. It had its moments, but it also had the lowest points of the shows run so far. I thought Arrow season 5 was better.
