Poll of the Day > I'm in the process of getting my retainers removed

I mean like, only having them worn at night

Basically for one week I'm supposed to remove them for four hours one week at the same time each day,
then 8 hours a week, then 12, then finally 16 (only having them on at night)

Has anyone else gone through this? I'm on week two and I'm unsure if I'm doing this right :S
They're suppose to become looser but every time I put it back on it is still tight as hell :(
I just want to be done with this already u____u
