Disgaea on Switch has all the DLC btw Basically it comes down to lots and lots of grinding to optimize your grinding to optimize the grinding some more to beat the bonus bosses. If you aren't a huge fan of JRPGS and you don't like heavy games with lots of stats and stuff.. Disgaea is a BAD option... Don't get me wrong, I love the game personally but it's pretty much the exact opposite of what you are looking for. It's a HUGE grind. It's all about stats It's an SRPG but full of JRPG type stuff... so no, stay away from disgaea IMO. It helps the combat starts out super basic, and the other mechanics of it are given to you in bits. So by the time you're doing combat in its full glory, you have the hang of it naturally.
