I am not a good example but.....I can say that your body starts to slow down. As a kid I couldn't get fat even if I wanted to . You could see my ribs no matter what I ate. Not the case anymore

I'm 35 and I can't say I feel any different than I did at 25.
A lot of white hair coming in now but that's it.

I certainly do drink a lot more now. Not get drunk and fall down type drinking mind you. But a I'm beginning to hyperventilate if I start thinking about my life and the nonexistent future I have so I need a quick large glass of wine or shot of something harder to relax me kind of drinking. Something to take the edge off in the evening.

I'll be 39 in June, but I don't really feel old. My hair isn't as dark as it used to be, but I'm not lacking in energy, and I weigh more or less the same as I did in my 20s. Haven't adjusted my diet or anything.

Don't underestimate the value of life experience. It's amazing what a couple of decades can do for your self-awareness.

Depends how well you've looked after yourself. I feel the best ever and I am in a much better financial state. Life is good.

I see people who I used to go to school with and they look haggard and decrepid.

I'm 30 (31 next month) and feel exactly the same as I did at 20.

It's just mindset and how you choose to take care of yourself. I can still drink and go out/party like I used to and suffer zero repercussions. I work out 3-4 times a week and have kept the same height/weight since my high school days. If I've changed at all, it's that I'm a working adult now and smarter than I was back then.

i've arrived at a state where i could care less about what other people think about what i do with my life. i think i cared too much in my 20s and it somewhat dictated my path in life to a point that i was uncomfortable admitting for a long time. i've also come to terms with the fact that i'm an adult in a much more real sense (which should have happened a long time ago) and now i do whatever i want with my time and life as long as it doesn't interfere with my ability to self sustain and thrive.

the important part is i own my time. my financial stability has increased allowing me to really hone in on self actualizing and find growth in many areas of my life.

that said, i do feel different than i did in my early 20s because i have centered control of my life onto me through developing work skills that allow me to be financially productive independent of traditional employers. this is a big part of why i've been able to enjoy the freedom i do. i think this goes back to a shift in my own personal philosophy around life in my late 20s. i've also noticed as i get older objects and things have lost their value to me when compared to experiential purchases.

as far as looking haggard and old, i think a lot of that comes down to genetics. i've been particularly hard on myself through my 20s with alcohol and work obligations (lack of sleep) but even at 32 i still get carded everywhere and people assume i'm in my early to mid 20s a lot.

I don't think this is a problem, it's much easier to find young single women in their twenties as an older man. You've probably got more choices the older you get until you get to your forties.

not at all. i have no plans to get married or have children as neither appeal to me or my long term goals.

as long as you don't entirely let yourself go physically, continue growing and exude some level of confidence you shouldn't have trouble. i haven't had trouble. it's important to continue to provide value to others by being an interesting person and leading an interesting life. the most unattractive person is one that has lost a sense of direction and resigned to a life of self oppression.

I'm 36 and this for me as well.

I'm in the best shape of my life and being financially secure mellows me out quite a bit. I was stressed as shit in my 20s because I was poor.

As far as women go I've been in the same relationship since I was 27, but I work with a lot of women in their mid 20s that heavily flirt with me. I could if I wanted. Women aren't that picky when it comes to age if you look alright.

Im 32. Life is pretty good. Im much more confident than I was in my 20s. Ive taken pretty good care of myself so I physically dont look/feel too much older. But I dont give a damn about what other people think of me anymore, which feels awesome. And I have more money and independence. Married a good guy. Bought a nice house together.

I wish I could freeze time right about here.
