I recommend Chinese cooling tea

It removes the bad heat from your body so you don't bite your tongue as much and you get nicer skin

Bad heat?
How does that make you not bite your tongue?

Imagine still using bagged tea when loose leaf is cheaper and more flavorful and healthy.

I'm yet to find a decent teaball that doesn't come completely apart on its own.

You can buy them from David's tea or the republic of tea.

in a pinch you can fold up a coffee filter and clip it to the top of your cup :D

Genius!

I may just try that. Drop some tea in there (or almost certainly in my case, cayenne & ginger), and bind the top with a rubberband or something.

Get a cup with an infuser. Teaballs are crap.

The TeaForte KATI is fucking great.

I've got two of them.

I've been using a teaball but apparently it's less desirable because it doesn't let the leaves open up and release the flavor as best they can. I'm probably going to get a couple of actual teapots soon.

I don't think a picture of a dozen or so black tins is worth posting, lol.

I need to stop buying teas, tbh. Every time I try something new, I just want my Darjeeling 1st flush Castleton Esate anyway. That and Formosa Oolong are my mainstays.

Bad heat enters your body when you don't take care of yourself and when you eat a lot of unhealthy and fried foods.

Bad heat throws off the internal balance of your body and makes you do things like bite your tongue and develop bad skin.

You can get rid of the bad heat from your body by drinking Chinese cooling tea.

Ok so this is 40% of my collection. Mostly black tea since that's my thing in winter.

In 2 weeks I'm going to buy 100 dollors worth of tea. Different types.

A bunch of flavored ceylons. :(

You're going to have to show me some Formosa Oolong, Organic Keemun Mao Feng and Pu-Erh nests if you're going to get me hard.

This is what I have right now. I get samplers because I like the variety and don't drink tea THAT often. By the way I highly recommend that sticky rice oolong, if you like rice at least. Very aromatic and flavorful.

When it gets warmer i will. There's nothing like a warm mug of hazelnut black tea on a cold day. On warm days i drink the teas you mentioned.

I'm currently looking into purchasing some aged tea patties/pucks, whatever you call them.
