Like the only reason USA haven't dared attack it is now they actually have nukes. So it really is two things running the world, nukes and power.

Essentially i don't think North Korea is gonna attack ever. Just because nuclear war is just damaging to the world in general.

So yeah. What do you think?

What i hope is it will try to become more humanitarian in the future just due to bad conditions i hear.

I doubt it. I really wouldn't be surprised if they (or atleast the current one) were mere puppets. The actual powers that be would just point at a new puppet and state them to be a relative they kept hidden for just such an occurrence.

If they aren't puppets and the line would just disappear overnight, the resulting power vacuum would be much scarier. Think of the zealotry we know from North Koreans and then think what might happen if the generals got full power after losing their god emperors.

What? That's not the reason at all. They didn't even have nukes till like a year ago. And even still, they barely work.

This is not at all the only reason. Or even the main reason.

War in Korea would be an absolute bloodbath and a disaster on a scale the world hasn't seen since WW2.

The *Kim bloodline.

As in many Asian countries, surname comes first in North Korea. Jong-Un is his given name (hence why his father was Kim Jong-Il and his grandfather was Kim Il-Sung).

Not a chance. It would take generations to get them to that point. North Korea has no idea what they're missing out on because they've never known anything else.

I think the best scenario for the DPRK is to follow in China's footsteps. If that doesn't happen, there'll probably be a huge collapse at some point and it'll wreak havoc on the area with a humanitarian crisis.
