Calwings 02/17/18 9:55:45 PM #3:	Definitely Jolteon. Electric/Ghost has fantastic neutral coverage, and Water/Ice is all Vaporeon really needs in terms of attacking. Round out the rest of Vaporeon's moves with non-attacking moves. Haze, Toxic, Rest, Sleep Talk, Yawn and Wish are all good options. Also, get rid of Double Kick on Jolteon.
