I'd hate to bump a dead topic but I just heard something so stupid today I had to tell someone

This fucker rolled up and was like "do you have a hamburger meal?"
he said this three times like bruh look at the fucking menu what the fuck are you talking about?
those are the worst kinds of people! "uuuh can I get a cheeseburger 4 for 4 meal?" or "I'll have the UUMMM cheeseburger AAANND..."

Like, which one, bitch, there's freaking 6 or so of them!!!

Regarding the original incident, couldn't you have just kept telling the customer, "Sorry, that's also a soda."? It might have been hard not to laugh after a few rounds of that with a single customer.

Today I was in a McDonald's, and the woman in front of me was trying to return her fries because they were just warm, not hot. That seemed rather spoiled of her; I don't know whether she was able to return them.

TBH I've wanted to do that several times. Fries really are only good when they're still VERY hot.

Look, I get that they're best hot. Just know that we have to throw fries away when they get too cold

So yeah whenever people do that they're either putting us behind or wasting more food >:(

When I worked at Mcdonalds, I would ask people what they wanted to drink with their meal, and they would respond "orange".

"orange" what? Hi-c or fanta? FFS. They would get so pissed when I asked them to specify which orange drink.

When I worked at Mcdonalds, I would ask people what they wanted to drink with their meal, and they would respond "orange".

How dare you though? Just pick one it is your job. Customers do not go to fast food for a survey questionaire at the window kid.

Yeah, I've had people angrily drive off because I asked them to specify orange juice, orange Fanta, or orange Hi-C. And it was in the morning so it could have been any one.

if they just ordered them and they weren't hot there is nothing wrong with asking for hot fries. if a waiter brought you cold food (that's supposed to be hot) wouldn't you ask them to take it back?

First off don't compare restaurants to fast food places, that's like comparing gold to silver. it's supposed to be better.
Fast food is also supposed to be fast, if we had to stop every time to make them hot we'd literally be so behind, and then what happens to the fries in downtime huh we'd just have throw them away! Why waste food man think of africa!!!
