And Google is trying to give my a refurbished phone. I told them that I didn't pay over $1000 for a new phone to work properly for a month and then get stuck with a refurbished phone.

What is it doing? Charging port is crap. The cable just slips out. I had to prop it upside down so gravity could help keep the cable in, but now that doesn't even work. Last night to charge it I had to hold it in place while it charged. I tried using 3 different types of cables. One didnt connect well enough to charge. Support replied with assuring me that refurbished phones are inspected and certified to work like new and they don't give out new phones because they only manufacture so many phones. We all know refurbished phones aren't like new. When I got a refurbed s4 it almost burned my thigh and the battery was crap that came with it. --- Lubricant? I'm looking it up now but I think they both use the same third party company that takes care of refurbishing. Assurane or something like that. --- Lubricant?
