That's why I've always been afraid to mess around with heavy weights at the gym. I don't want to end up looking like one of those amazon women. :o I just stick to the machines instead. I really like that assisted pull up machine because it helps my noodle arms.

If you eat 1500-1800 and train to burn fat, you'll just lose fat

No girls just aren't build to build muscle mass the way men are
A woman has to do twice the amount of lifting to make the same gains as a man

So feel free to lift weights to your hearts content. Unless you dedicate your life to it you aren't going to be anything but slightly toned

Answer is no. Absolutely no.

As a male, with higher testosterone, I needed to put an incredible amount of work to bulk. Eating constantly and lifting very heavy weights. I even did test cycles, and I'm not that bulky.

You'll be tone and fit. Do it.

Yep. Best part of going to the gym is seeing girls who lift. Lean upper bodies and big butts, and muscular legs.

Ive never seen an overally muscular girl at the gym.

If you want to see an example of a "fitness" woman (there are a ton) Google Jasmine Cabourn (wanderlust_pocahontas on IG)

She does CrossFit and lifts heavy weights almost every day and she does NOT look like a man.

There was a little asian girl who looked pretty skinny (she had a toned and sex ass though) next to me at the gym and she squatting almost 85kg for 5 reps which I probably cant even do yet.

As long as you stay away from dem roids and shit youll be fine.

Good luck. Honestly, a lot of the exercises which train your lower back also train your butt. Its different for everyone though. I am a guy. I have visible back muscles and dont have a big butt. I think it looks weird on me. Im not sure how much heavier I have to start lifting to get a bigger butt. I can squat to the floor with almost 450 lbs and havent developed overly large gluteal muscles. I think you will be fine.
