I read somewhere that its bad to wrap the cord around an n64 and gamecube controllers, is this true? If it is what is the best way to store your corded controllers?

its bad because depending how tightly they're wrapped the top of the wire that connects to the controller can be stressed and rip open. it does nothing to the wire itself in my experience.

Ya I'm going through all my old games/systems and I want to get some containers and store them properly. So they're all older controllers.

I used to just make a circle with the cord, without wrapping it around the controller. Bit like how they come in the package, really.

My dresser that has my TV and whatnot stands up 4 or 5 inches. I just push the controllers in there so the baby doesn't go after them.
