I've had a galaxy S6 for a little over 2 years now (Got new) and it doesn't seem to want to keep any charge. Does anyone know any way to fix this?

Does anyone know any way to fix this? Have you tried turning it off and then turning it back on? --- https://i.imgur.com/ZwO4qO2.gifv Bluer than velvet was the night... Softer than satin was the light... From the stars... ... Copied to Clipboard!

I have a Galaxy Alpha and my phone only operated when plugged to a charger. If unplugged, it will keep restarting until the battery drains (which takes only about 15 mins).
I got the battery changed and it solved the problem. I had my phone for over 4 years now. If your phone doesn't keep the charge then it may very well be a battery issue. --- "Ladies don't start fights, but they can finish them." -Marie, Aristocats ... Copied to Clipboard!
