I've always been honest about it though. It's not like I'm doing it for entertainment, sometimes I need to know that I matter, that someone cares. When I get too stressed or things go to hell in my life, it really helps to talk about it with you guys. That's the attention seeking I mean, and I seriously need validation, like all the time.

A lot of these I can relate to.
2 - I say "you too" often. I find this to be just polite though.
4 - I'm at times a third wheel when my bro is trying to hit on a gal. Still I've got a beer in my hand at the time so it's not that bad.
5. A couple of girls I've liked in the past a lot are now in relationships. I'm happy they are happy though. Thankfully I don't develop strong feelings for many girls.
7. I have only acquaintances and no friends. Can't say I care that much though as people are exhausting.
8. I'm for sure to blame how my life is at this point for the most part. All I can do is work on fixing it.
9. I doubt I'll ever be free of these Anxiety symptoms at times even though I keep telling myself something has to be causing it. Still I work on getting to the route of it.
10. Yes I joke about my problems as it's better than dwelling on them and feeling sorry for myself.

With all this said I'd still class myself in the 1/2 scale. I'm generally a nice person to talk to, approachable, admit when I'm wrong and try and have a positive outlook on life than sit being miserable about things in the past or what might happen in the future. I mean all that really exists is today and nobody is perfect. Beating yourself up over things you can't change achieves nothing. Work on the things you can change and hopefully be happy in whatever you do but more importantly yourself as a person.
